Main Dose Instructions

What is Main Dose?

The Main Dose is the starting dose of your therapy and is usually taken on the first day of treatment.

It normally contains:

  • Two separate packs

  • Same medicine

  • Taken with a 15-minute gap

This method improves medicine absorption.

How to Take Main Dose

  • Take once or twice depending on your doctor's instructions.

  • If taking twice, maintain a 15-minute interval.

Important Precautions

Avoid Food & Water

Do not consume food or water for 1 hour before and after taking medicine.

Alcohol Restriction

Avoid alcohol completely on the day before and the day of medicine.

Avoid Smoking & Tobacco

Do not smoke or consume tobacco products.

Continue Regular Medicines

BP, diabetes, thyroid, and other prescribed medicines should continue as instructed by your doctor.
